- Job Title: E-Commerce Manager
- Level & Responsibility: This role is at a Manager level or equivalent and has responsibility over a portfolio of clients as well as a team. This role might be better known as Digital Display Account Manager or Digital Campaign Delivery Manager in other businesses.
- Salary: 39,000+ per annum, depending on experience plus a 10% bonus scheme

The role
We are looking for a E-commerce Manager to join our LS11 (Asda) Partnership! In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing the e-commerce strategy for LS11, focusing on onsite display. This includes supporting the team in developing the strategic roadmap for onsite delivery, executing best-in-class campaigns, identifying and eliminating media inefficiencies, mitigating revenue risks, and establishing new processes to enhance performance. You will be the driving force to execute the delivery cycle of onsite media for LS11 making sure the campaigns are continuously optimised and performance is maximised. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring collaboration and cross function communication. You will manage 3 client executives helping to building a high performing team who is focused on continues campaigns optimisation making sure the monthly revenue target is hit while fostering positive culture.

Why you?

- The ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver the LS11 Digital plan
- Previous performance media experience across Criteo, Citrus or Digital Display (DV360, the Trade Desk, etc.) along with trafficking, reporting, campaign management and team management is essential
- Strong management skills to lead and develop a junior team
- A proven track record of delivering strong results in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Able to juggle and deliver multiple projects at one time, with the competence to pivot quickly based on the needs and wants of the business.
- Aptitude to independently research and become a subject matter expert for optimisation in a digital retail world
- The ability to handle ambiguity and the demands that come with regularly setting up and processing new media.

What you'll be doing
We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:
Campaign Planning & Optimisation Processes: You’ll own the campaigns planning and optimisation framework to make sure we always follow best practice to maximise performance and delivering best results for suppliers’ brands. You will be responsible to proactively spot any revenue risks and media inefficiency and provide a framework to mitigate them.
Media Optimisation: Keeping up to date with media channel opportunities – onsite display, tech and innovation and that can help inform campaign planning and delivery.
Process Optimisation: Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand campaign management needs and implement process improvement plans.
Reporting: Reporting weekly performance results into the wider team, and responsible for highlighting challenges along with solutions. Capture and detail the methodology undertaken to mitigate against the revenue and delivery.
Team Management & Upskilling: As the subject matter expert, you will manage three client executives, aiming to build a high-performance team that drives effectiveness and engagement. Your focus will be on upskilling the team, supporting their development through coaching and mentorship, and fostering a culture of open communication. You will identify training needs, monitor team performance, and establish relevant metrics for measurement.
