- Job Title: Client Executive
- Level & Responsibility: This role might be better known as Account Executive in other businesses. This role is supporting our Data driven agency, so will be more technical and data driven in its nature.
- Salary: £28,000+ per annum, depending on experience plus a 10% bonus scheme

Location & Hybrid Working: London, 2 days per week in office minimum (Monday & Thursday)
The role
We are looking for a Client Executive to join our Plan-Apps team within SMG. In this role, you will assist with managing a portion of the Plan-Apps client base. Your duties will involve supporting project management and delivering evaluation and consultancy work to a consistently high standard with the support of your line manager. You'll demonstrate your eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and growing expertise in the field.

Why you?

- Previous experience in a client-facing role
- Demonstrable experience of contributing to high quality work
- Exposure to presenting high quality work, directly to clients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- At the very least a baseline knowledge of the retail media industry.
- The ability to “think differently” and approach tasks with a solution focused mindset.
- Experience working with data and statistics is preferred but not essential

What you'll be doing

- Support with the ownership of relationships across some of our important client stakeholders, being responsible for supporting the team with their overall relationship health and commercial picture.
- Understand the Plan-Apps insight proposition and its value, using a consultative approach to deliver data-driven projects that address specific business questions.
- Become a trusted member of the team, communicating the Plan-Apps proposition confidently and clearly and being comfortable dealing with typical and common objections.
- Be organised, and comfortable working on live projects, often concurrently across multiple clients.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for wider organisational projects, helping to create a great workplace and support SMG’s mission to lead connected commerce marketing.
