Level & Responsibility: This is a Manager level role, initially operating as an individual contributor. You will be part of the in-house team operating as the retailer’s retail media network, focusing on building best-in-class campaigns built on creative thinking and precision planning.

Location & Hybrid Working: This is a hybrid role, ideally working 2 - 3 days from our New York office.
The role
We are looking for a Client Manager to join our agency partnership with the first travel retail media network in the US. For this role, you will be part of the in-house team operating as the retailer’s retail media network, focusing on building the best campaigns built on creative thinking and precision planning.

- Omnichannel retail media experience
- A background in: marketing, retail media, CPG, media agency, sales, or retail tech.

- Strong commercial acumen, able to work with data & financial reporting.

What you'll be doing
We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and brands and internal relationships with key retailer stakeholders.
- Be accountable for the initial strategy development, briefing, and planning, the and the delivery of campaigns, through to implementation and evaluation.
- Be expected to understand the retail business, and continuously use learnings to build high performing campaigns and performance.
- You will deliver retail media expertise and revenue targets across a sizable and valuable portfolio of clients, working with the team to create compelling retail media campaigns that align with our vision and meet the goals of the brands.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Threefold x SMG and our retail partner.
