- Job Title: Digital Media Manager
- Salary: $97,500 - $117,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus.

Location & Hybrid Working: This is a hybrid role, with regular travel to our head office located in New York required. We are only able to hire candidates for this role in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut & Massachusetts.
The role
We are looking for a Digital Media Manager to join our Threefold Agency (part of the SMG Network). In this role, you will be leading the planning process across key strategic clients and internal team collaboration to elevate responses, identify the role of channels and measurement approaches, and media set up and activate (with support from the broader media activation team). You will also be a media planning expert and a reliable source of knowledge for the RMN client team, offering guidance and recommendations on channel tactics and out-of-scope media/innovation opportunities.

Why you?

- Strong media planning. Desirable experience working across multiple different retail media networks
- Experience of media buying (Display and social)
- Experience with tensions of metrics and objective setting, driving a client to see results differently
- Understanding of the total media environment, with a focus on retail media or eCommerce
- Strong presentation skills, especially in crafting stories and taking clients along the journey in responses
- Have the drive to continue learning and developing our core media/marketing theory and principles
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks across multiple projects and agencies
- Highly organised, with good attention to detail
- Commercially savvy, with a focus on driving growth and fostering through media innovation and working more strategically

- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships

What you'll be doing
We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:
- Manage the media briefing and recommendations for campaigns, incorporating sophisticated planning approaches and strategies and ensuring that plans meet campaign objectives.
- Lead all digital trading and activation for the RMN. You will be the technical lead for all digital operations and be able to advise on technical implementation challenges and solutions.
- This includes, but is not limited to troubleshooting, conversion tracking build, preview link creation, campaign build, pacing, and optimization.
- Maintain watertight processes and campaign spend tracking to minimize errors and ensure correct tracking of all campaigns and commercials. Continuously improve efficiency through enhancements in processes, frameworks and inefficient campaign monitoring.
- Keeping up to date with media channel opportunities, tech and innovation and can help inform planning.
- Regularly communicate with internal client and media teams, and external media owners on wider team/business/client updates.
- Understanding campaign results and trends, to help inform future plans.
- Regularly update and track commercials across multiple specific clients and briefs.
- Drive incremental opportunities for our clients.
- Create formalised media plans across designated media channels and assist with creating proposal/pitch content.
- Explore new media opportunities and drive innovation where you see the benefit.
- Update and track commercials regularly (via client and brief), ensuring financial due diligence and strong attention to detail.
