- Level & Responsibility: This role is at an Executive level, this could be known as a Digital Marketing Executive in other companies.
- Salary: £32,000+ per annum, depending on experience plus a 10% bonus scheme

Location & Hybrid Working: London, 1 day a week in the office.
The role
As a Digital Media Executive, you will work as a digital specialist within the central SMG media team to activate and manage paid media campaigns (Programmatic and Social) across multiple agencies and partnerships within the SMG family. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will have end-to-end ownership of 1PD campaigns, including activation, pacing, optimisation and reporting. Regularly update the digital media manager on campaign pacing, performance and any delivery issues.

- Experience in media buying (Social necessary, Programmatic Display advantageous)
- Preferable platform experience (The Trade Desk, Meta).

What you'll be doing
We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:
- Full ownership of 1PD campaigns, including activation, pacing, optimisation, and reporting.
- Follow SMG best practices for troubleshooting, conversion tracking, campaign builds, and performance optimization.
- Provide regular campaign updates to the digital media manager, including pacing, performance, and delivery issues.
- Assist with new partner testing and implementation.
- Handle mid and end-of-campaign reporting; contribute to post-campaign analysis with planning, insights, and media teams.
- Support innovation by identifying performance opportunities and sharing insights with the wider team.
- Stay informed on industry trends and assist the media team with new opportunities.
The process
- We will invite you to a first interview, which we try to keep relatively informal, so it gives you the opportunity to share your authentic self. The hiring team will be looking to understand more about your experience and why you're interested in working with us. These will occur in the weeks leading up to the second interview.
- If successful in your first interview, you'll be invited to a second interview, which will involve some form of task which we'll share with you ahead of the second stage to showcase your ability to do the role. These will take place on Thursday, 7th November and will last for 30/40 minutes.
