- Job Title: Senior Client Executive
- Level & Responsibility: This role might be better known as Senior Account Executive / Junior Account Manager in other businesses.
- Salary: £33,000+ per annum, depending on experience plus a discretionary 10% bonus scheme

Location & Hybrid Working: Nottingham, 2 days minimum per week in office.
The role
We are looking for a Senior Client Executive to join our Boots Media Group team within our Threefold Agency. In this role, you will develop and manage strong stakeholder relationships using effective communication skills to support business goals. You will also lead marketing campaigns for strategic brands, ensuring insights, creativity, and media reporting contribute to success. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, providing support and guidance.

Why you?

- Knowledge of retail media and trends in the market
- Ability to "think differently": approaching problems from a different angle or challenge the status quo and will have a solution-focused mindset when tackling new tasks
- Previous demonstrable experience working within a similar role, ideally within a marketing agency, a growing FMCG and / or the retail sector
- Great organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of building highly collaborative relationships and delivering against the highest standards for the client.
- Strong commercial understanding
- Knowledge of digital marketing

What you'll be doing
We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:
- Own relationships across our most strategically important clients and / or key contacts, looking to continuously build and solidify these.
- Liaise between BMG and strategic brands or key contacts, following meetings up with clear actions and guidance on next steps.
- Lead brainstorms to help create and implement campaigns
- Understand the value of the service we provide and effectively communicate that to key stakeholders.
- Communicate confidently with our clients, adapting your approach with different stakeholders and ensure you present yourself as a trusted member of the team.
- Become familiar with typical objections to our proposition and work to be able to combat these with ease.
- Support junior members in the team with their day-to-day queries and offer them guidance on how to approach new or difficult situations.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for wider organisational projects
- Good commercial understanding and ability to manage budgets and work towards commercial targets.
- Solid understanding of retail media, media channels and campaign performance.
