- Job Title: Insight Manager
- Level & Responsibility: This role is at the Manager level or equivalent and is responsible for leveraging data expertise and collaboration to deliver actionable insights, drive strategic decisions, and lead a junior member of the team. In other businesses, this role might be better known as the Data Analytics Lead.
- Salary: £43k+ per annum, depending on experience plus a 10% bonus scheme

Manage the team and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure insights are actionable, valuable, and aligned with strategic goals.

What you'll be doing

Drive Insight and Collaboration
- Be a trusted partner to internal teams and clients, providing insights that lead to better decision-making and stronger campaign performance.
- Work closely with partnership stakeholders to understand their needs, translate data into actionable strategies, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and continuously improving our insights offering.
- Support internal teams with data-led recommendations that enhance campaign planning and performance. Provide line management to one team member,
supporting their development, setting clear goals, and ensuring their work aligns with team objectives.
Empower Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Develop and manage reporting tools that facilitate teams' access to clear, accurate, and timely insights.
- Simplify complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations, helping teams and clients make informed decisions quickly.
- Maintain a focus on innovation, exploring new tools, methodologies, and opportunities to improve how we deliver insights.
Streamline and Innovate Processes
- Work to improve the efficiency and accuracy of how we handle and present data, ensuring our insights are reliable and impactful.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows to save time and resources.
- Stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements, finding ways to improve how we deliver value to our clients continually.
