- Level & Responsibility: This is a junior role, that may also be known as an Account Executive in other businesses
- Salary: £28,000+ per annum, depending on experience plus a 10% bonus scheme

The role
We are looking for a Client Executive to join our new retail partnership at SMG. This role will see you join a partnership in the early stages, responsible for managing a variety of client relationships individually or with support your manager. You will tasked with successfully managing a variety of projects, whether that be campaign activations and / or internal processes to a high standard and with close attention to detail.

What you'll be doing
We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:
- Communicate confidently with our clients and retail partner, nuancing your approach with different stakeholders and ensure you present yourself as a trusted member of the team.
- Proactive in managing client and retailer relationships, from planning and selling brilliant media campaigns to bringing them to life and measuring their success.
- Work to ensure all content (including but not limited to media plans, status reports, recommendations etc.) are completed to a high standard, showcasing the team at its best.
- Liaise between SMG and our clients and / or key contacts, following meetings up with clear actions and guidance on next steps.
- Support the senior team in governance meetings as required.
- Participate in brainstorms to help create and implement campaigns that will deliver results for our clients against agreed budgets and timelines, working with key contacts both internally and externally.
- Support wider organisational projects, helping to create a great workplace and supporting with SMG's mission to lead connected commerce marketing.
