- Salary: £28,000+ per annum, depending on experience plus a 10% bonus scheme

The role
We are looking for a Client Executive to join our Co-op Media Network team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full 360 relationships with clients to help plan, manage, and ensure correct execution of their campaigns. You will also be required to take post-campaign analysis and provide commentary including key learnings and best practice to make suggestions for future opportunities. You will provide best in class service to both supplier clients and Co-op on an ongoing basis, demonstrating SMG’s core ‘non-negotiable’ behaviours of being an ambassador, respectful and organised.

Why you?

- Experience of campaign management (preferable) and managing a varying and high workload to a high standard.
- An interest in FMCG and a clear understanding of retail media.
- Previous demonstrable experience working within a similar role, ideally within a marketing agency, a growing FMCG and / or the retail sector.
- Great organisational skills with excellent attention to detail (Commercially & creatively).
- Experience of building highly collaborative relationships and delivering against the highest standards for the client.
- Commercial experience (Excel & target driven environment preferable).

What you'll be doing
We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with supplier clients, understanding the needs and requirements of different brands and tailoring your approach in line with this.
- Be confident in general client communication, both day to day and as part of presentations and planning sessions with multiple stakeholders involved.
- Support your wider team and senior leadership team as required. You should be open to the idea of picking up projects outside of your immediate day to day role.
- Demonstrate a strong commercial acumen or the capacity to learn this quickly - this is a core part of the client teams responsibilities.
- Day to day commercial tracking, budgeting, forecasting and working towards a specific category and wider team target.
- Evaluation reporting is an essential part of the role, and you’ll need to learn how to take sales uplift, £ uplift and ROI metrics and make tangible suggestions to clients using these.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for wider organisational projects, helping to create a great workplace and supporting with SMGs mission to lead connected commerce marketing.
- Have a genuine interest and ongoing understanding of the retail media landscape and be open to challenging the way things are currently done.
