- Level & Responsibility: This role is at a Manager level and has responsibility for a portfolio of clients and managing a team
- Salary: £39,000+ per annum, depending on experience, and a 10% discretionary bonus

The role
We are looking for a Client Manager to join our Asda partnership who will be responsible for the delivery of all media across all channels in your category area and working alongside the commercial teams, driving successful campaign delivery for the media centre. It will be key for you to build strong relationships with your key stakeholders, both internal and external, using effective communication skills to support the total business commercial goals and targets. You will successfully manage and deliver campaigns through your team, ensuring all processes and guidelines are adhered to, while mitigating any revenue risk and championing a selected media channel, supporting new propositions and processes, working closely with the relevant internal teams.

What you'll be doing
We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:
- Owning and managing the full end-to-end delivery in your area across all monetised channels, ensuring deadlines are met and the media is delivered as per the SLAs.
- Ownership of reporting on agreed key deliverables to the Senior Client Manager and the wider business.
- Line management of direct reports, holding weekly 121 meetings, creating workplans, hosting appraisals, and tracking their day-to-day output and progression.
- Ensuring all monetised media in your area is delivered seamlessly while mitigating any revenue risk. You will be a key point of escalation for resolution management.
- Ownership of a media channel and/or process, championing the process and the execution of media in this area.
- Building strong relationships with your clients, internal and external teams to drive collaboration across all functions. You will work closely with your commercial counterparts, delivery teams, and innovation teams to ensure cross-collaboration and alignment on your workstreams.
- Delivering training sessions to clients where required to support seamless co-ordination.

The process
- We will invite you to a first interview which we try to keep relatively informal, so it gives you the opportunity to share your authentic self. The hiring team will be looking to understand more about your experience and why you're interested in working with us.
- There will be a second interview which will last a little longer, and involve some form of task to showcase your ability to do the role.
- We then invite you to a meet & greet which is an opportunity for you to meet the team you'll be joining and ask them questions about the role and wider business.
