About the role
We are looking for a Client Executive on a FTC to join our CMN Team. This role will play a role in managing a portfolio of our core supplier clients across BWS and non-food categories, helping deliver best-in-class retail media campaigns from briefing through to post-campaign evaluation.
What you’ll do
Manage a portfolio of supplier clients, building trusted relationships through proactive communication and exceptional client service.
Understand your clients' objectives and develop insight-led retail media proposals that deliver against their commercial goals.
Lead campaign delivery from briefing through to activation and post-campaign evaluation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Coordinate activity across Strategy, Insight, Media, Creative and Campaign teams to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns.
Manage campaign timelines, priorities and stakeholder expectations across multiple projects simultaneously.
Produce high-quality client materials, including media plans, presentations, campaign reports and recommendations.
Analyse campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and identifying opportunities to optimise future activity.
Support commercial planning through forecasting, revenue tracking and identifying opportunities to grow client investment.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and wider projects that support the growth of CMN and SMG.
What we’re looking for
Experience in client services.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across clients and internal stakeholders.
Commercially minded, with the ability to understand client objectives and identify opportunities for growth.
Comfortable analysing campaign performance and translating data into clear recommendations.
High attention to detail across campaign planning, delivery and reporting.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally to deliver shared goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
We're looking for people who enjoy the buzz of change, the satisfaction of building something better, and the joy of working with a close-knit, values-driven team. If you love variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and embrace change with energy, this could be your right role.
Don’t meet every single requirement? We still want to hear from you. If you believe you’d thrive in this role, your unique perspective might be just what we’re looking for.
