Location: Hybrid - London based, with regular UK client travel and occasional US travel
Level: Director-level, with global scope across retailer and ad tech partners (UK & US focus)
About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Director to join our Global team. In this role, you will build, scale, and commercialise the external supply side of a global retail media ecosystem. You will bring high quality retail media inventory and ad tech capability into a single, coherent platform that agencies and clients can buy from at scale.
Sitting at the intersection of product, technology, consulting, and commercial, you’ll translate strategy into monetisable supply, unlocking scalable inventory partnerships, accelerating integrations, and driving long-term commercial growth. This is a foundational role, responsible for ensuring supply is structured, prioritised, and built for scale across markets.

A Little Bit About You
You’ll bring:
Significant experience in retail media, ad tech, platforms, or marketplace-driven businesses
A proven track record of building partnerships and scaling supply-side ecosystems
Strong understanding of ad tech integrations, platform architecture, and data flows
Experience working alongside consulting, product, and technology teams
Senior-level stakeholder management and external relationship leadership
Strong commercial acumen, with experience supporting or leading contract negotiations
The ability to translate complex technical and product concepts into compelling partner propositions
Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
High accountability and ownership mindset—you’re comfortable being the single point of responsibility
Confidence, credibility, and resilience when engaging senior external partners

What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
Owning and executing the end-to-end supply-side GTM strategy for a global retail media platform
Identifying, engaging, and pitching to new retailer partners globally (with a UK and US focus)
Leading retailer conversations from first engagement through to commercial agreement and onboarding
Acting as the single accountable owner for all externally facing supply-side relationships
Partnering with ad tech teams to evaluate and onboard new technology providers
Coordinating technical integrations, product specifications, and roadmap alignment
Expanding inventory, formats, data, and technology integrations with existing retail partners
Defining prioritisation frameworks based on strategic, commercial, and technical value
Shaping commercial models and supporting contract negotiations in line with revenue and margin goals
Working closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Consulting, and agency leadership to successfully launch and scale new capabilities
