About the Role
We are looking for a Client Director to join our Deliveroo Media team within SMG's FMCG sales partnership. In this role, you will act as a client and commercial lead, nurturing and growing spend from existing FMCG brands while unlocking new investment. You’ll forge senior-level relationships with FMCG clients and agencies, collaborate with Deliveroo’s advertising and partnerships teams, and help co-create compelling pitches that elevate Deliveroo as a key media owner in the FMCG space.

A Little Bit About You
You’ll bring:
Experience building senior-level relationships with brands and agencies
Expertise in crafting strategic media pitches and solutions
Results-driven mindset with proven KPI and ROI delivery
Proficiency in campaign analysis and optimisation
Collaborative leadership skills, including direct report management
Innovative thinking to influence media product development
Deep knowledge of the FMCG and retail media landscape
What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
Building and nurturing senior relationships with FMCG clients and media agencies
Creating persuasive pitch decks and campaign proposals
Identifying new commercial opportunities and media propositions
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and Deliveroo’s FMCG partnerships team
Managing and developing at least one direct report
Delivering standout campaign activations that benefit clients, customers, and Deliveroo
